Birdfreeder.com is an online store managed by the company Vivart d.o.o., Velnarjeva 7, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, SI13464035 a provider of e-business services, in the following referred to as the provider.

Purchase agreement (contract) is electronically stored on the server and customer service available 24 hours a day.
Prices are valid from the time the order was sent and do not have a predetermined force. Prices are valid in the case of payment with the above mentioned methods of payment under the above mentioned conditions. In the event that the price of the product changes during processing the order, the provider shall inform the customer about it. The provider will try to provide a lower price or offer an appropriate solution, which will enable mutual satisfaction.
After placing the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order was accepted in the queue. At this stage the buyer has the possibility to cancel the order within 1 hour.
